Welcome to BookMyPanditjee . These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BookMyPanditjee Android Mobile Application , website, and related services. By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

  • "App" means the BookMyPanditjee Android application
  • "User" means any individual using the App
  • "Pandit" means an independent religious service provider registered on the Platform
  • "Booking" means a confirmed request for religious or spiritual services
  • "Services" means pujas, rituals, astrology consultations, online consultations, and related offerings available through the Platform

4. About BookMyPanditjee

BookMyPanditjee is a technology platform that connects Users with independent Pandits for religious ceremonies and consultations.

  • Does not perform religious ceremonies directly
  • Does not employ Pandits unless specifically stated
  • Facilitates communication, booking, and payment between Users and Pandits

5. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age; or
  • Be using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
  • By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You agree to:
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Maintain accurate profile information
  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized access to your account

7. Services Offered

The Platform enables bookings for services including:

  • Satyanarayan Puja
  • Griha Pravesh
  • Wedding Rituals
  • Ganesh Puja
  • Vastu Puja
  • Rudrabhishek
  • Astrology Consultations
  • Online Video Consultations
  • Festival Pujas
  • Personalized Religious Services
  • The availability of services may vary depending on location, date, and Pandit availability.

8. Booking Process

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Submission of the booking request
  • Successful payment of the booking amount
  • Confirmation by BookMyPanditjee
  • BookMyPanditjee reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to unavailability of a suitable Pandit, incorrect booking information, force majeure events, or suspected misuse

9. Pricing

Service fees displayed in the App are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Travel beyond standard limits
  • Special puja requirements
  • Additional ritual materials
  • Urgent or last-minute bookings

10. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments
  • BookMyPanditjee does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials
  • Payment confirmation is subject to successful authorization by the payment gateway
  • If a payment fails or is reversed by your bank, your booking may not be confirmed

11. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking details
  • Treat Pandits with dignity and respect
  • Ensure a safe environment at the service location
  • Make payments through approved methods
  • Comply with applicable laws

Users must not:

  • Provide false information
  • Make fraudulent bookings
  • Harass or threaten Pandits
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the App
  • Use abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language
  • Copy or misuse App content

12. Ratings & Reviews

Users may submit ratings and reviews based on genuine service experiences. Reviews must not contain:

  • False allegations
  • Defamatory content
  • Abusive language
  • Hate speech
  • Spam
  • Personal information of others

13. Promotional Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Service reminders
  • Promotional offers
  • Festival greetings
  • App updates
  • Security notifications

You may opt out of promotional communications through the App settings where available or by contacting us, though essential service-related communications may still be sent

14. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the App, including the following, are the exclusive property of BookMyPanditjee or its licensors:

  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Source code
  • Graphics
  • Images
  • Content
  • Software
  • Design

are the exclusive property of BookMyPanditjee or its licensors.You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

15. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

  • Cashfree Payments
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Google Maps
  • Google Places
  • WhatsApp

Use of these services is also subject to the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies.

16. Disclaimer

BookMyPanditjee acts solely as a technology platform connecting users with independent Pandits. We do not guarantee:

  • Religious outcomes
  • Spiritual benefits
  • Astrological accuracy
  • Specific ceremonial results

The opinions and services provided by Pandits are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of BookMyPanditjee

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyPanditjee shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure
  • Actions or omissions of independent Pandits
  • Technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions

18. Termination

BookMyPanditjee may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Misuse the Platform
  • Threaten or harass Pandits or other users
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination

19. Force Majeure

BookMyPanditjee shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, governmental restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, or failures of telecommunications or internet services.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

21. Changes to These Terms

BookMyPanditjee may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be made available within the App and will become effective from the stated effective date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
